A new buy for my Vrijheid Fonds – NN Group NV – January 2020
On January 20th, 2020 I’ve made my 1st buy for my Vrijheid Fonds in 2020. I’ve averaged down on one of the companies of my Vrijheid Fonds. Just like my last buy in 2019, I have bought NN Group NV.
Earlier in 2019, I did an analysis on this stock. And after a quick scan I’ve decided to pull my buy trigger once again on this financial services company which is active in 18 countries, with a strong presence in a number of European countries and Japan.
At this moment NN Group NV has a yield of around 6% and has a 4-star Morningstar rating with a fair value estimate of EUR 48. With a payout ratio of around 50%, I see some growth potential
I think NN Group NV is one of the hidden gems among the European insurance companies

Purchase
On January 20th, I have bought 27 shares of XAMS: NN at $ 32.74 per share (incl. fees). With this buy I added a little bit more than € 45 (after taxes) of projected dividend to my Vrijheid Fonds.
The projected dividend income for 2020 for my Vrijheid Fonds, at this moment is €4,421.
Again, a small step in my journey and one-step closer to my goal.
Has anyone else invested in this company recently? I greatly appreciate any feedback, so don’t be shy and leave a comment.
Cheers,
Pollie
