My month review of my Vrijheid Fonds

How high my passive income this month? It is time to take a look at the numbers.

The year 2017 is almost over; November is already in the books. It has been and still is a very busy time. I hardly had any time left to write a post. But this is fun, I love Spreadsheet-day, and I love to add up all the dividends that I received and write my favorite post. I hope this post inspires other people out there to start saving and investing as soon as they can. The power you feel knowing that you are richer than you were yesterday and you didn’t have to work a minute for it, is a wonderful feeling.

Month review

Okay lets see how much passive income I have received in November just by doing nothing ;-). And what kind a month it was for my Vrijheid Fonds. I had just one dividend increase (number 24th for my Vrijheid Fonds). Omega Healthcare Investment raised its dividend with 1.6% (their 4th raise in 2017!). All raises are very welcome!

Dividend

Lets take a look at the numbers and tell you the status of my Vrijheid Fonds and report my passive income for this month. In total I received € 270.06 ($ 321.24) in passive income.

If we take a closer look, the dividend was coming from:

AT&T (T) € 35.02
Omega Healthcare Investment (OHI) € 66.89
Procter & Gamble (PG) € 18.72
Realty Income (O) € 12.88
Mutual Fund € 136.56

YoY increase

That makes a total of € 270.06, this is a 24.79% increase from last years November. Compound interest at work! Wow this feels good!

In 2017 I received a total in passive income of € 2,653.35

Vrijheid Fonds

If we take a look at my Vrijheid Fonds (Freedom Fund), we can see that the value is higher than last month. November was a great month. The stock prices gained momentum and kept rising.

My total portfolio value at the end of November is $89.148, which is an increase of 0.92% over last month (€ 88335). I again donated € 400 of fresh capital to my Vrijheid Fonds and I bought € 225 worth of mutual Funds for my “Safe-haven-sleep-well” part of my Vrijheid Fonds

Again this month I made a nice step in my journey.

Thanks for reading!

Cheers,

Pollie

Note:

Because all figures I give are in Euro’s. And because the exchange rates is not constant (duh…) my passive income changes per month (even if the dividend stays the same). For the record: I only post my passive income from dividend the month I received it on my brokers account. And it is after taxes.
