Dividend increase Realty Income (O) – June 2020

A dividend increase by the Monthly Dividend Company – Realty Income.

On June 9th Realty Income (O) announced a 0.2% increase in its monthly dividend for common stockholders. The dividend is raised from $0.233 to $0.2335. It was the 107th consecutive dividend increase since it went public. The dividend pay date is July 15, 2020 to shareholders of record on July 1, 2020 (ex dividend June 30 2020).

President and Chief Executive Officer – Sumit Roy said: “We remain committed to our company’s mission of paying dependable monthly dividends to our shareholders that increase over time. Our Board of Directors has once again determined that we are able to increase the amount of the monthly dividend to our shareholders, marking the 107th increase since our company’s public listing in 1994. With the payment of the July dividend, we will have made 600 consecutive monthly dividend payments throughout our 51-year operating history.”

 

 

Vrijheid Fonds

The new dividend amount represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.802 per share, up from $2.796. The dividend yield on current price is 4.46%.

My Vrijheid Fonds consist of 120 shares of Realty Income, my annual dividends will increase by € 0.27 ($ 0.31). My projected annual total amount from my shares of O will be € 254 ($ 289) after taxes.

Again a nice increase from The Monthly Dividend Company! It is like clock work. I love it!
