My month review of my Vrijheid Fonds, November 2019.
How high my passive income this month? It is time to take a look at the numbers.
Yes, November is already in the books and the year 2019 is almost behind us. The last couple of months has been extremely busy I hardly had any time left to write a post. But this is fun, I love Spreadsheet-day, and I love to add up all the dividends that I received and write my favorite post. I hope this post inspires other people out there to start saving and investing as soon as they can. The power you feel knowing that you are richer than you were yesterday and you didn’t have to work a minute for it, is a wonderful feeling.
Okay lets see how much passive income I have received in November just by doing nothing ;-). And what kind a month it was for my Vrijheid Fonds.
Dividend
Lets take a look at the numbers and tell you the status of my Vrijheid Fonds and report my passive income for this month. In total I received € 241.65 ($ 265.38) in passive income.
If we take a closer look, the dividend was coming from:
AbbVie (ABBV) € 36.44
AT&T (T) € 61.18
Omega Healthcare Investment (OHI) € 74.68
Procter & Gamble (PG) € 21.94
Realty Income (O) € 21.08
Mutual Fund € 26.33
This month most of my Mutual funds did pay any dividend. They will pay it in December.
YoY increase
That makes a total of € 241.65, this is a 12.49% decrease from last year’s November. However, if I take the dividend of mutual funds out of the equation, my Vrijheid Fonds had an increase of 26.57% from last year’s November. Compound interest at work! Wow this feels good!
For an update of my Dividend Income click the hyperlink. In 2019 I received a total in passive income of € 3,631.73
Vrijheid Fonds
If we take a look at my Vrijheid Fonds (Freedom Fund), we can see that the value is higher than last month. November was a great month. The stock prices gained momentum and kept rising.
My total portfolio value at the end of November is €135,270 which is an increase of 2.99% over last month (€ 131,341). I again donated € 600 of fresh capital to my Vrijheid Fonds and I bought € 273 worth of mutual Funds for my “Safe-haven-sleep-well” part of my Vrijheid Fonds
This month I have made a new purchase for my Vrijheid Fonds. I have bought some additional shares of 3M company. I haven’t written a blog post about this. I’m lacking some inspiration, due to the very busy times lately. I hope to be back soon, with some more blog post.
All in all, I can look back at a good month in which I made a nice step in my journey. How was your month? Did you have a record-breaking month? I like to hear from you!
Thanks for reading!
Cheers,
Pollie
Note:
Because all figures I give are in Euro’s. And because the exchange rates is not constant (duh…) my passive income changes per month (even if the dividend stays the same). For the record: I only post my passive income from dividend the month I received it on my brokers account. And it is after taxes.
