Dividend increase Omega Healthcare Investors (OHI)

OHI gave me my first raise of 2018.

Yesterday OHI announced a 1.5% increase in its quarterly dividend.

It was the 22^th consecutive dividend increase. The dividend is raised from $0.65 to $0.66. The dividend pay date is February 15, 2018 to shareholders of record on January 31, 2018 (ex dividend January 30, 2018).

Vrijheid Fonds

The new dividend amount represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.64 per share, up from $2.60. The dividend yield on current price is 10.11%.

My Vrijheid Fonds consist of 144 shares of OHI, so my annual dividends will increase by € 4.01 or $4.90 (after taxes).

My projected annual (2018) total amount from my shares of OHI will be €265 after taxes.
